Arriving between 8:35am and 8:55am, children begin the day by washing their hands.

We are in the routine of sanitising before and after break time and lunchtime.

All children wash their hands before leaving for home at 3:15pm.

We have been working with the children ensure good practice regarding personal hygiene – they’ve really impressed us.

Y5 children use toilets by the school offices.

These are in a shared space with Y4 and Y6 pupils.

It is expected that children will complete their home learning weekly and they are responsible for submitting this to their teacher on time.

Reading records

As your child develops greater independence, please encourage them to bring their reading record home each day. They should use this for noting information about their reading book and homework. Reading records will be checked once a week and should accompany children to school every day.
